We are sad to share with our U.S. customers that we will be temporarily suspending orders and shipments to the United States.

This was not an easy decision for us to make, as we truly value and care about our U.S. customers. However, with the recent changes in U.S. shipping regulations, continuing shipments has become unsustainable at our scale while still offering the affordable costs that we believe are important for our customers.

Please note that existing orders are not affected. If you haven't already, you will receive a FedEx email once your package clears customs.
