- The product descriptions are in Korean and I don't understand!

- I want to order from the U.S. Will I have to pay any tariffs?
Duties and taxes are now collected at checkout for US orders (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). This means U.S. customers will not need to pay additional fees upon delivery.
- I'm ready to checkout but I don't see K-packet as a shipping option!
Please make sure you're ordering from a country where K-packet is available. K-packet is currently only offered for the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.
If you're located in one of these countries and still don't see K-packet as an option, your order may exceed the 2kg weight limit. In that case, try adjusting the items in your cart or placing multiple smaller orders. If you need help with this, feel free to contact us for assistance!
Please also note that K-packet and EMS is not available for electronic products such as nail lamps or nail drills, as these items are prohibited. If your cart contains one of these items, K-packet and EMS will not appear as a shipping option for that specific product. These products can only be shipped via EMS Premium.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Eximbay (Global Payment). With Eximbay, you can pay securely using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, and more.
- Do you carry [X] brand?
If you’re looking for a specific Korean gel nail brand or product that’s not listed, feel free to suggest it through our Contact Us form or submit a Custom Order Request to place a custom order. We’re always open to adding new items based on your feedback!
- Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
All cosmetic products sold in South Korea, including nail products, are regulated under the Korean Cosmetic Act, which has banned animal testing since 2018. This means none of our nail products are tested on animals as they are made in Korea.
The products we carry are also vegan, meaning they do not contain animal-derived ingredients. However, not all brands have obtained official vegan certifications, as it's not required in Korea and many manufacturers choose not to go through the process.
When a product is certified vegan or cruelty-free, it will be clearly labeled on the product packaging.
- Do you offer any discount codes?

- Do you offer wholesale pricing or discounts for nail techs?
If you’re a licensed nail technician, we can offer bulk pricing on select products. Please email us directly at support@teddynailsupply.com for a custom quote and include proof of your valid nail tech license.
