Refund policy

Returns & Eligibility

  • You have 7 business days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
  • The items must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If you are doing a full return of your order, you must ship back the free gifts included as well.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@teddynailsupply.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship out the item within 10 business days.
  4. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@teddynailsupply.com within 3 days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Photos of the item & packaging
  • Your order number

We will cover the shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and send a replacement or issue a full refund for verified cases.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
