Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
  • Orders are shipped from Korea Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Destinations

We offer several shipping options based on your location:

1. K-Packet (Economy Shipping – Up to 2kg)

Available for the following countries:
Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Vietnam.

2. EMS (Express Shipping)

Available worldwide.

3. EMS Premium (Fastest Shipping Option)

Available for most countries. EMS Premium partners with global couriers like UPS for faster delivery and more reliable tracking.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • Economy options like K-Packet offer a more affordable alternative for those willing to wait longer.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary by destination and courier. The following are approximate delivery times:

  • K-Packet: May take several weeks, depending on the destination.
  • EMS: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on the region.
  • EMS Premium: Typically 2–5 business days, depending on the region.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or courier delays.

Customs & Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Teddy Nail Supply is NOT responsible for any additional charges, delays, or package disposals due to customs regulations.
  • Before ordering, please check your country's import policies to avoid unexpected fees.

Exception for U.S. Orders: Duties and taxes are now collected at checkout (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid). This means U.S. customers will not need to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your package via the courier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

  • Lost or undelivered packages: Please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Wrong address input: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense or refund you for your order minus the shipping and duties cost.
  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for stolen parcels after delivery.
  • Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@teddynailsupply.com. Compensation may be available after an investigation with the courier.
