K-Packet & EMS shipping to the U.S. is still down. At this time, only FedEx shipping is available for U.S. orders.

- What happened?
Korea Post initially announced they would resume K-Packet & EMS service to the U.S. on Sept 23. However, due to a government data center fire on Sept 27, the system went down again. Korea Post services have since been restored for most countries, but shipments to the U.S. remain suspended.

- Current Status:
We do not yet have a confirmed return date for K-Packet & EMS to the U.S.
We will update you right away on Instagram as soon as Korea Post announces its resumption.

- Ordering Information:
You may still select K-Packet or EMS at checkout, but please understand your order will not be shipped until the service resumes.
For now, FedEx is the only available shipping method to the U.S.
All U.S. orders under $800 are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) → no surprise customs fees, and packages will be delivered directly to your door.

🌍 Customers outside the U.S. → Korea Post services have fully resumed, so you may order as normal.
