• All sets are handmade and made-to-order. Minor differences from the sample photos may occur.

• Production time is typically same day to up to 3 days, depending on order volume.

• Once production begins, no changes to design or size can be made.

• Due to the custom nature of each set, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for sizing errors or simple change of mind.

• Missing parts (charms or stickers) may be substituted with the closest alternative.

• Slight color variation may occur depending on monitor settings.

Sizing Instructions:

Use a flat plastic ruler to measure the widest part of each nail in millimeters.
Do not follow the nail's curve – measure straight across.
If you’re in between sizes (±0.05cm), size up for best results.

Example: If your nail width is 1.25cm, size up to 1.3cm.

If both hands are the same, you only need to submit one set of sizes.
Example: “12345”
Orders with incorrect sizing will not be remade.
